It seems that once the vote is cast..it is inviolate. Do we need any more proof that early voting is a stench upon our system? Whatever happened to absentee voting and proof of I.D. in some states? I had the impression that Tennessee had to show ID? I know some states have thrown it to the wayside so I hope Tennessee is not in that camp. None should be.

How laughable we must be to the world just waiting for our fall?

Poor Joe, say it ain’t so.. that you can’t have an opinion. At least McCain and Palin can disagree.

Barack Obama slapped his loose-lipped running mate Tuesday, chastising Joe Biden for speaking too fast and contradicting him on one of the massive financial bailouts.

Biden, a Delaware senator, declared last week the federal government should not have floated the American International Group an $85 billion lifeline.

Obama said the feds had no choice and hit John McCain for opposing the AIG rescue one day, then backing it the next.

Sen. Joe Biden, the Senate Foreign Relations Committee’s incoming chairman, wants to get tough with Mexico, calling it an “erstwhile democracy” with a “corrupt system” responsible for illegal immigration and drug problems in the U.S.

Biden, D-Del., was in Columbia on Monday in his first postelection trip to this first-in-the-South presidential primary state as he continues to line up support for his presidential bid.

During a question-and-answer session before more than 230 Columbia Rotary Club members, Biden was asked about immigration problems.

Biden, who favors tightening the U.S.-Mexico border with fences, said immigration is driven by money in low-wage Mexico.

“Mexico is a country that is an erstwhile democracy where they have the greatest disparity of wealth,” Biden said. “It is one of the wealthiest countries in the hemisphere and because of a corrupt system that exists in Mexico, there is the 1 percent of the population at the top, a very small middle class and the rest is abject poverty.”

Unless the political dynamics change in Mexico and U.S. employers who hire illegal immigrants are punished, illegal immigration won’t stop. “All the rest is window dressing,” he said.

An even bigger problem are illegal drugs “coming up through corrupt Mexico,” he said. “People are driving across that border with tons, tons — hear me — tons of everything from byproducts for methamphetamines, to cocaine, to heroine.”

Covering a variety of topics, Biden kept most of the crowd in their seats for an hour — twice as long as scheduled.

“I warn all of you, all of you making more than a million bucks — I hope you all are — I’m taking away your tax cut,” Biden said. “I’m not joking.”

Sounds like Barack Obama will need to have a debate with Joe Biden, in addition to John McCain.

No Americans Need Apply/ Fake Job Ads Defraud

What a joke! Here is a law firm for law firms..their goals are to make sure Americans do not get the job..Is that not lovely? Did we have any doubt? Why don’t we just get it over with and give our country a new name? Meximerica .. It is BULL that Americans will not work. BULL! If this does not change soon, our children/grandchildren are going to have a rough time raising their families..forget the American dream..It is being stolen while we are oh so blind to what is happening and procrastinate on making a lot of noise to our reps. I suggest a lot of noise as it is clear that you have to do it over and over and over to aggravate them enough that they want to get you freaking off their back! To quote that famous line once again..

“I’m Mad as H#ll and I’m not gonna take it anymore!”

Don’t think it would go though..We after all, must not enforce our laws. All the globalists and special interests just would not be happy with an immigration policy that was tough! That would not be humane much less PC. Meanwhile, back in the states, it is open season for purchasing our landmarks, our banks, and controlling our economy but then this seems to be what all those in power have allowed to happen since Nafta rolled in..opps, I forgot..it was not PC to have mentioned the dangers that could happen with this policy..HERE’S THE DEAL…Capitalism is great! Yet another story that puts the lie to the claims about the “work Americans won’t do” and the Wall Street Journal’s whines that we need for H1-B visas for “skilled” foreigners.

It’s not news that law firms across America are specializing in advising and helping U.S. corporations to avoid hiring qualified Americans. Last year, I told you about a seminar hosted by the law firm of Cohen and Grigsby, in which they shamelessly engaged in exactly that. (Video reposted below.)

What is news is that the government–it appears–is finally doing something about it. Not Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), but the Department of Labor.

It is now investigating the nation’s largest immigration law firm over allegations that it helped major U.S. corporations disqualify American job applicants and give thousands of high-paying positions to immigrants. (Obviously, the jobs become far less “high-paying” when they don’t go to Americans.)

The unprecedented Labor Department inquiry centers on Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy – a New York firm at the forefront of a political effort to ease hiring of skilled foreign workers.The Labor Department is auditing all pending applications for legal immigrant workers the firm has filed on behalf of its corporate clients.

Fragomen’s prestigious client roster includes General Electric Co., IBM Corp., Cisco Systems Inc., Intel Corp. and Bank of America Corp., according to company publications and trade journals. The firm also represents The Associated Press on immigration issues.

The inquiry focuses on what advice the law firm gave its corporate clients. There was no indication the companies themselves are under scrutiny. [DS: Gee, why not?]

The Labor Department said that Fragomen may have improperly advised clients to contact a Fragomen attorney before hiring “apparently qualified” U.S. workers. The agency said lawyers can advise employers on how to follow the law in hiring immigrants but can’t dissuade them from deciding a U.S. worker is qualified.

The audit focuses on what is known as the permanent foreign labor certification, or PERM, process. Companies normally use it to permanently hire legal immigrants who have been working for them on temporary visas. It essentially allows companies to sponsor workers for green cards, the first step to U.S. citizenship.

Before applying, companies must recruit and try to find a qualified U.S. worker for the same job. If they do, they can’t hire the foreigner. . . .

With more than 200 attorneys, Fragomen is overwhelmingly the biggest player in an industry where firms with several dozen immigration attorneys are considered large firms.

In 2004, the last year the Labor Department made such information about law firms public, Fragomen lawyers filed more than 3,600 labor certifications – more than twice as many as its largest competitor.

The firm’s managing director has also said Fragomen represents about half of the Fortune 100 companies. Last year, Fortune 100 companies submitted more than 5,300 applications. The jobs listed in the applications pay an average of $80,000. And the largest group of applicants were from India.

Sadly, many law firms are engaging in this illicit advice and helping businesses take jobs away from Americans. Unless the government goes after both this law firm and all of the companies engaging in these practices, they will continue.

MILITARY DEATHS FOR TWENTY YEARS—Left-Wing Media Lies Forever

I know, I know..it is up according to reports to over 4000 now..I would like the stats since 06 to verify what they are saying since I have found the below stats very interesting if indeed very sobering. 

These are some rather eye-opening facts: Since the start of the war on terror in Iraq and Afghanistan, the sacrifice has been enormous. In the time period from the invasion of Iraq in March 2003 through these stats, we have lost over 3000 military personnel to enemy action and accidents. As tragic as the loss of any member of the US Armed Forces is, consider the following statistics:  The annual fatalities of military members while actively serving in the armed forces from 1980 through 2006:

If you are confused when you look at these figures…so was I.
Do these figures mean that the loss from the two latest conflicts in the Middle East are LESS than the loss of military personnel during Mr. Clinton’s  presidency; when America wasn’t even involved in a war? And, I was even more confused; when I read that in 1980, during the reign of President (Nobel Peace Prize) Jimmy Carter, there were 2,392 US military fatalities!

These figures indicate that many of our Media & Politicians will pick and choose.  They present only those “facts” which support their agenda-driven reporting. Why do so many of them march in lock-step to twist the truth. Where do so many of them get their marching-orders for their agenda?

Our Mainstream Print and TV media, and many Politicians like to slant; that these brave men and women, who are losing their lives in Iraq, are mostly minorities!  Wrong AGAIN— just one more media lie! The latest census, of Americans, shows the following distribution of American citizens, by Race:

When President Bush and his CANAMEX counterparts assemble in New Orleans April 21 for the 4th Annual Summit of the Americas, they will undoubtedly discuss a growing problem: how to continue denying that they are building a North American Union.
Despite the official denials, the snickering and the ridicule, the process continues.  The President, himself, may be just a pawn in a much bigger game being played by geo-political forces that also do not exist – officially.

These forces have created Constitution for Americas Union.  The bigger game includes six such “unions”, all of which are to function under a “reformed” United Nations.  It is important to note that among all the web sites linked to this Constitution for Americas’ Union, it is impossible to identify the individuals, or the organizations that are responsible for the initiative.  There is only a postal address in Sidney, Australia.

It is extremely significant, however, that several recognizable non-government organizations are identified as “dedicated to helping.” It should come as no surprise that The Clinton Global Initiativeis among these NGOs.  The Clintons have long been advocates of global governance.

Since there is no effort to create a North American Union, or global governance, according to Mr. Bush and many leading pundits, there could not possibly be an official blueprint for global governance produced by the U.N.-funded Commission on Global Governance in 1995.  Nor is there an official U.N. Millennium Declaration that describes – in flowery U.N. ambiguity – the goals of global governance.

It is clear why illegals want open borders…

North American Union?

Even though U.S. officials pretend they do not exist, these documents are important because they pave the way for the Constitution of the Americas, and the other five global “unions.” They all advocate the same end goal: global governance.  The North American Union is but one, extremely important, step toward this ultimate goal.

The Constitution for Americas’ Union is the most explicit statement of goals yet made public. It is so extreme that a casual reading would likely result in immediate dismissal by Americans who still have some knowledge and appreciation of the U.S. Constitution. Who, in his right mind, would support a document that created a “Supreme Council,” of selected individuals to advise the “Secretary General” of the Americas? 

This proposed constitution bestows the rights, not only to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, but also the right to adequate housing, a job, food, and good health.  It would abolish the concept of taxation, and impose, instead, a system of voluntary giving determined by the wealth and productivity of each individual.  Those who produce wealth would “give” more than those who do not.  Those who do not produce wealth have a government-bestowed “right” to receive housing, food, and living expenses provided “voluntarily” by those who do produce wealth.  To insure that the “voluntary” gifts are adequate, the constitution authorizes the government to impose fees for the services it renders, which may be applied selectively to those who “have”, and not applied to those who “have not”.

The system of governance created by this proposed constitution could not possibly be communism, because the government is advised by a “Supreme Council,” not a “Supreme Soviet.” Moreover, its supreme authority is a “Secretary- General,” after the fashion of the benevolent United Nations, not by a “President.”

Each “system” of government would have a “Supreme Director” of: planning; building and construction; culture and entertainment; education; employment; energy; finance; fitness and health; eco systems; justice; and many, many more.  Each “Supreme Director” would be appointed by the Secretary-General, and would have “sole authority” over all aspects of his domain.

This proposed constitution is a wish list for the utopian one-world government pursued by some for more than a century.  While officials scoff at such notions, the world continues to move closer and closer to the procedures and belief systems espoused by these advocates.  While there may be no “official” connections between this proposed Constitution of Americas Union and the official Security and Prosperity Partnership, many of the goals are the same.

Could we get inside the various working groups, and the various NGOs that support these goals, it would not be at all surprising to learn that many of the individuals are participants in both.  In fact, where discoveries have been made through Freedom of Information investigations, NGOs such as the Council on Foreign Relations, and their individual members, do participate in the working groups and processes of the SPP.

Whether “official” or not, the SPP is moving toward a North American Union that meets many of the objectives of the Constitution of Americas Union.  Mr. Bush, and others, can deny, deny, deny.  All their bluster and ridicule combined cannot erase the clear facts that exist for all to see.  This process will continue to march forward unless we all rise up to stop it.  

UPDATE: My thoughts: All we need now is economic collapse..God Forbid…pray not..but would that not be a way to implement the above speedily?

 Just when I think I have heard it all, here it comes again. Now building our military installations..Suppose it would not be correct to ask ‘what are they thinking’.. yeah, go ahead, flaunt it in our face.. Break the law.. don’t build our borders..time is running out on that in December is it not? Something needs to be done with those you subcontract to for ‘cheap labor’. The same pattern recurs: Reports of illegal aliens working at secure military facilities, outrage at the news, plans to deport the illegal workers and punish the employers…followed by few or zero deportations and a slap on the wrist for the employers.How much you wanna bet that the same thing happens again:

ICE Raid Nabs 34 Suspected Illegal Immigrants

All 34 suspected illegal immigrants were arrested while working on the new Tennessee Air National guard facility. News of the arrests was enough to give air travelers we spoke with a case of homeland insecurity. “Illegal immigrants should not be working on a secure installation,” said Darryl Johnson.

Federal officials say all the immigrants are from Mexico. They’ve been taken to an East Memphis facility for processing and face deportation.

When asked if security of the new Tennessee Air National Guard facility was compromised , Temple Black, spokesman for the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency said, “Not that we know. That’s why it’s still under investigation. We’ll find out as we go along.”

Federal investigators are still trying to determine which contractors are at fault for making the hires. The issue is complicated because there are four primary contractors and dozens of subcontractors working on the $215 million dollar project.

At least two of the contractors we spoke with, APAC and Reliable, say they do background checks and none of the contractors work for them.

A spokesman for Alberici construction company says they do identification checks and haven’t been notified by federal authorities.

Arizona has a tough, new state employer sanctions law to discourage illegal immigration. It’s called the Legal Arizona Workers Act and it prohibits employers from knowingly employing unauthorized aliens; requires the Attorney General and county Attorney to investigate complaints about employers who hire unauthorized aliens; and makes it unlawful for a person to file false and frivolous complaints against an employer. If an employer knowingly employs an unauthorized alien, the act requires that the employer’s business license be permanently revoked. It requires employers to verify their employees through a free federal basic pilot program. The act makes it a crime to take the identity of another to obtain employment.The federal courts have refused to block the law, causing an uproar among the open-borders lobbyists.Know who else is complaining? A delegation of Mexican lawmakers, who crossed the border and traveled to Tucson to lobby (Hat tip – reader Ray):

A delegation of nine state legislators from Sonora traveled to Tucson to make the case against Arizona’s new employer sanctions law[.]

The lawmakers say it will have a devastating [e]ffect on the Mexican state.

Whose problem is that?

At a news conference Tuesday, they said Sonora cannot handle the demand for housing, jobs and schools it will face as illegal Mexican workers in Arizona return to their hometowns without jobs or money.

And how the heck do they think this country is handling the problems with our schools,hospitals, and homes as we lose jobs and money? Uh…have you not heard? American citizens opinions just don’t count in their book, go ahead…make my day…break the law, just bring home the money and bacon honey…all your expenses are covered by the U.S. free schools, hospitalization, why go on have your babies there and then you can stay without any fuss about applying for legal status like Americans have to do in other countries or like the many who have applied and are waiting in line.

The law, which took effect Jan.1, punishes employers who knowingly hire individuals who don’t have valid legal documents to work in the United States.

Businesses found violating the law face suspension or loss of a business license.

The lawmakers were to travel to Phoenix Wednesday for a breakfast meeting with Hispanic legislators.

They’re expected to tell them how the law will affect Mexican families on both sides of the border.

“How can they pass a law like this?” asked Mexican Rep. Leticia Amparano Gamez, who represents Nogales.

It’s the American democratic process. Look it up.

“There is not one person living in Sonora who does not have a friend or relative working in Arizona,” Amparano said in Spanish.

And her point is?

Amparano said the Sonoran legislators are already asking the federal government of Mexico for help. Rep. Florencio Diaz Armenta, coordinator of the delegation, represents the agricultural rich San Luis, Rio Colorado, area south of Yuma which employs some 28,000 legal Mexican workers.

“What do we do with the repatriated?” he asked.

One more time: Whose problem is that?

Of course, we know they are heading to the other states, especially Texas..  what a crock! Get ready for tax increases, we are about to go broke and big brother needs more of your hard earned cash to pay for it.

 Some things I could not help thinking :

We will have a border eventually (because of a lot of Americans making noise with their representatives) with a lot of it cameras, etc: Meanwhile with the dragging of their feet, probably millions more here illegally.

Since we owe China so much, could it be that our Social Security and or higher taxes will probably cover it, if not print more money..

Wonder if there is some group  hollering about the ecology? ya know it might interfere with somethings as it does here?

Other Deep Thoughts

 Egypt is going love us! NOT!

Mexico loves us for building them a Southern border fence! NOT!

American citizens loved because the people want a fence? NOT!

Israel loved because of their fence! NOT!

Our candidates Obama, Hillary and Juan McCain love it

America will have cheap labor overflowing..

Americans will have No Effective Timely Border fence

Americans don’t need any say in government spending

Americans way of life bankrupt!

On to globilization and 2 classes, the have’s and have nots!

Excuse me as I wonder if I will need another job to cover the future taxes?

Let’s face it,

The great leaders of America will only build a fence here because of our insistence. They (bar none) will still implement the guest worker program as they are now calling it.. They are in effect saying “we want their cheap labor”. We want Americans to wake up and realize $$$$ and globilization are more important than quality of life here.

Does anyone really think they care about the illegals? It’s all about the money honey! Now they have no problem spending our money to make ‘other countries’ safer. That hints of a double standard. America last, the rest of the world’s needs must be met..

Be watching, There will soon be a post about food shortage coming…wonder why?
