Homegrown Terroists on the Rise and growing

Kelly, who was the police commissioner during the first World Trade Center bombing in 1993, has developed a task force of counterterrorism officers trained to spot jihadists.Although there has not been a major terrorist strike in the U.S. since Sept. 11, 2001, Kelley says the country cannot let down its guard.You got that right!

 In Washington state, the murder trial has begun for Pakistani-American Naveed Haq, who is accused of opening fire in Seattle’s Jewish Federation Building in July 2006, killing one woman and wounding five others. Haq allegedly said he was mad at the Jews and how they are running the country.Two other cases are to enter court next month

In Michigan, a preliminary hearing is scheduled for Houssein Zorkot, a Lebanese-born medical student at Wayne State University in Detroit who posted on his Web site in September 2007 that he was launching a personal jihad. He was arrested that same day in a nearby park, wearing camouflage paint and holding a loaded AK-47car when they were caught speeding near the Goose Creek weapons base.Terror experts say these and other cases since Sept. 11 illustrate an emerging threat from homegrown terrorists, people who have been radicalized by extreme Muslim doctrine within the U.S

 

 

.Salt Lake City mall killer, Sulejmen Talovicm learning more about the Muslim Trolley Square terrorist murderer, Sulejman Talovic. Yet, the Mainstream Media continue to ignore his religious background.

Worse, it sounds like Salt Lake City police are getting in on the denial act. They refused to seize or search Talovic’s computer, as terrorism expert and investigator Bill Warner points out. From the Salt Lake Tribune:

Salt Lake City police spokeswoman Robin Snyder said Wednesday that police have not discerned a motive or found anything resembling a suicide note. With the permission of Talovic’s parents, detectives searched their home but did not take any computers or video games, she said.

Why the heck not? What kind of investigation is this? What kind of investigators are these? Not very good ones. Five people are dead, five more in critical or serious condition, including a pregnant woman. The guy is Muslim and apparently a jihadist who wanted to kill as many people as possible and had on his person the ammo to do it. And they aren’t going to search his computer?! Hello . . .? Did the country not learn a thing from the episode of FBI Agent Harry Samit being repeatedly denied the right to look at Zacarias Moussaoui’s hard drive . . . and then 3,000 Americans were murdered?

We need to know how he got the firearm and ammo, from whom, and whether he was working with anyone. Not seizing and searching the computer is sheer idiocy.

 He obviously had been planning the shooting at the Trolley Square Mall for some time, and he is a Muslim who had over 18 of his close relatives executed by the Serbs, and they DO NOT TAKE THE COMPUTERS ?????????????????

the terrorist killed four individuals inside a gift shop Jihad execution style. He actually made them kneel down. Then he put the gun barrel to the back of their heads and killed each one of them one by one.

seems like the media is actually victimizing him as they always do to most perpentrators. Now they speculated he suffered from PTSD of the Bosian War. BOO HOO! I’m just suprised that the off-duty cop who shot him is not facing prosecution like our heroic border partol agents are for trying to stop a drug-smuggling illegal alien.

When the news announced that the police wouldn’t release the name, I immediately knew he would be a Muslim. I’m sure many others knew and felt the same way. It was a gut feeling that turned out to be right, and sadly, it turns out to be right too much of the time.

I have no doubt that this particular episode was a suicide attack, against infidels, by an Islamic jihadist.

I believe it is obvious that this is the case. What is not so easy to discern is, why are the news media and Federal authorities so reluctant to call it what it really is?  Is it a misguided effort to protect the “religion of peace”? Or is it more sinister than that? Is it further development of dhimmitude in America?

As deranged about Bush as they are, the lefty media will never admit “terror at home”. That would put them in the unenviable position of having to condemn it. Which, we know, they certainly do not want to do. The very foundation of multiculturalism would crumble should the media ID a Muslim comitting a violent crime.

 CHICAGO —  A man has been arrested by federal agents on charges of planning to set off hand grenades at an Illinois shopping mall on Dec. 22 as part of his plan to commit “violent jihad” against civilians.Derrick Shareef, 22, of Rockford, was arrested when he carried out a rendezvous with an undercover agent in a parking lot to trade a set of stereo speakers for four grenades and a handgun.Federal officials said he planned to place the grenades in garbage cans at the CherryVale shopping mall in Rockford, about 90 miles northwest of Chicago.Shareef was charged with one countattempting to damage or destroy a building by fire or explosion and one count of attempting to use a weapon of mass destruction. Officials say he was acting alone and there was never any real threat.

“The Joint Terrorism Task Force was all over this … and the only person involved in this plot was Mr. Shareef and two people working for the government,” U.S. Attorney Patrick J. Fitzgerald said during a press conference from Chicago Friday afternoon.

“We believe we’ve neutralized this threat,” added Robert Grant, special agent in charge of the Chicago office of the FBI.

We also have Hadayet in LAX on July 4th, he clearly was out to kill Jews and as many others as possible.

According to Malvo, Muhammad had a two-phase plan — six shootings a day for a month, followed by a wave of bombings of schools, school buses and children’s hospitals. Malvo said that when he asked Muhammad why, the older man replied: “For the sheer terror of it — the worst thing you can do to people is aim at their children.”

Muhammad hoped to extort $10 million from authorities and use the money to set up a school in Canada to teach homeless children how to use guns and explosives and use violence to shut down other cities, Malvo said.

One person has been killed and at least five others have been injured in a shooting at the Jewish Federation at 2031 Third Ave. in downtown Seattle. One suspect has been taken into custody.

Police have taken one person into custody but there may be more suspects in or around the building.

Virginia Tech Killer AND others.. We have Illinois Mall killers. When there are multiple killings like this at Malls or our Universities, I cannot help but wonder…..

“Al Qaeda is depending today upon the spontaneous emergence of these jihadist cells that are not tethered to the leadership of Al Qaeda by either telephone or e-mail,” terror investigator and author Steve Emerson told FOX News.

But others say the threat of homegrown Islamic terrorism is overstated.

Overstated, my hooey! Have you not heard? Jihad any shape form or fashion they can get, whether it is one at a time or 100’s. They love death!

In “none of these cases brought in the United States did the government ever produce any evidence suggesting that someone had prepared a bomb,” says Jim Wedick, a former FBI agent. “Someone’s actual ability to do harm needs to be taken into the equation.”

Wedick consulted with the defense on the Liberty City Seven case.

That says it all!

“The solution is not to treat the whole Muslim community as a suspect community,” says Hussam Ayloush, a spokesman for the Council on American-Islamic Relations. “This is not about ignoring a threat, but this … should not be about exaggerating any threat in a way that promotes certain political agendas.”

Yeah, Cair’s agenda…..uh….seems to me that is what Cair’s  is about.. promoting Islam’s political agenda.

Kelly says the threat is real and the only way to combat it is through prevention.

Meanwhile we have the recent announcement by the White House that it would allow 7,000 Iraqis into this country.

Can you see a situation in which the Roosevelt Admin. allowed Nazis in the country? Or wait to see how many got in under falsified identities?

“Just imagine if the 19 hijackers on Sept. 11 were arrested on Sept. 10,” he says. “How would that have been characterized?”

“We can’t afford to be complacent in law enforcement, and I don’t think we are,” Kelly says in the new FOX News documentary, “Jihad, USA,” which will air at 9 p.m. ET on March 29.

Several terror-related cases now in the courts highlight this need for continued vigilance, experts say.

 In Florida, the retrial of six of the “Liberty City Seven” is coming to a close. The group members, who allegedly plotted to destroy the Sears Tower in Chicago and swore allegiance to Al Qaeda on a secret FBI surveillance tape, were arrested in June 2006. Their first trial ended in a not-guilty verdict for one defendant and a mistrial for the other six.
