The information on the post yesterday on ‘Grass Roots Smear’ is growing more intriguing all the time. Rusty Shackeleford of Jawa Report has some interesting background on this scheme. THE OBAMA CONNECTION

My initial money was on George Soroswho has contributed to Winner run campaigns in the past, . The sheer viciousness of the attack bears all of the hallmarks of Moveon.org.

But it could be any number of 527sthat Obama has now given the wink-wink-nudge-nudge to start hammering away at McCain.

Or the money could come from an untraceable source like the “charitable organization” run by Justyn Winner.

So why would any one hire a PR firm like W&R? Did I mention that they specialize in “crisis communications?”Again, from the Publicis website:

Which leaves open the possibility that Obama or the Democratic Party might also be the ones paying for the campaign. Is there anything that might be suggestive of that? Yes there is.

First there is Ethan Winner’s Facebook account. Among the 27 friends Ethan has on Facebook, one of them is David Washington. Dr. David Washington is described as a senior Obama campaign adviser in California.

In and of itself, that’s not much of a link. Washington is involved in hosting fundraisers for Obama in the L.A. area, and as we’ve already noted the Winner family has contributed to Obama’s campaign. Perhaps that explains the connection. But there are more compelling links between the video which we believe was uploaded by Ethan Winner and the Barack Obama campaign.

PROFESSIONAL WORK FOR OBAMA CAMPAIGN?

We began this post by noting that a video uploaded to YouTubeappeared to have been produced with a voice over done by a professional. As this Politico article makes clear, voice over artists are often used over and over by the same campaign. That shouldn’t be shocking to any one. That when called upon to make an advertisement a producer will use people that they’ve worked with before.

What is surprising is that voice artists are often partisans. Not only do they work for the same producers over and over, they often only work for one side of the political aisle. For instance, Betsy Ames is one of the premier voices for Republican campaigns. Kathryn Klvana is often heard on political ads — but only Democratic ones.

We believe that the artist in the “eswinner” Palin smear video has also worked directly for the Barack Obama campaign. What we think is her voice can be heard in Obama’s “Burden” video, released on Sept. 15th — less than a week after the “eswinner” Sarah Palin, a Heartbeat Away video.

Audio from each advertisement was ripped by Dan Riehl and spliced so that a better compare and contrast between the two voices could be made. I then equalized volume levels on the two ads, producing this video. Sorry about its poor quality, I don’t have the resources of a PR firm!

Are the two voices the same? You be the judge.

We think it is.

We also believe that she worked on this Obama ad, released on Sept. 20th, and this one, from August. She may be on others, but with over 1300 videos on Obama’s YouTube channel we just didn’t look for any more.

LINKS TO THE “KING OF ASTROTURFING” — DAVID AXELROD

We believe the voice can also be heard on these AKP&D Message and Media produced videos. In fact, all of the female voice overs showcased on the AKP&D website seem to belong to the same woman. That’s right, all of them. The same voice heard in some Barack Obama ads, and which was used for the “eswinner” slime campaign.

More importantly, though, what is AKP&D? It’s the Chicago based political consulting firm headed by David Axelrod. Yes, thatDavid Axelrod. As in theDavid Axelrod who is Barack Obama’s chief media strategist.

David Axelrod is also known as The master of “Astroturfing“, which is what PR industry insiders call the practice of “manufacturing grassroots support.” As Ace notes:

It tries to disguise itself as a “grassroots” phenomenon — but it’s artificial and inorganic. Hence, “Astroturf.”And David Axelrod is notorious for making extensive use of this controversial tactic — and was notorious for it even before he begain running Barack Obama’s campaign.

According to Businessweek, one of Axelrod’s astroturfingcampaigns stealthily spent $15 million convincing Illinois taxpayers that their power would be shut off if they didn’t approve an increase in their electric bills. It wasn’t until a complaint was filed with the state’s regulators that it was revealed that Axelrod’s “grassroots” campaign was fully funded by ComEd — the power company which would benefit from the rate hike.

Axelrod is a “community organizer” you might say.

This does not mean that we believe that Barack Obama’s campaign is behind the stealth Palin smear campaign. In fact, a preliminary analysis of Obama’scampaign expenditures filed with the FEC did not find any payouts to Winner & Associates or Publicis. But our familiarity with how to search FEC expenditures is limited, and there are tens of thousands of recorded transactions.

What we do believe we have found is that David Axelrod’sfirm has worked with the voice over artist in the “eswinner” Palin smear video. In fact, each and every political ad showcased on Axelrod’s website that has a female voice over seems to be the same voice from the Palin smear ad. That Axelrod used her over and over again in his videos going back several years.

We also believe that Axelrod has used her in several official Obama campaign videos.

We also know that David Axelrod is considered the master of orchestrating grassroots campaigns that appear spontaneous and which are difficult to trace to him.

In fact, Axelrod has a second company called ASK Public Strategieswho’s sole purpose seems to be running professional astroturfing campaigns. We can’t help but wonder if they ever outsource any of their work?

We also can’t help but ask if the Obama campaign has ever hired Publicis or Winner & Associates to do any work for them? Or the extent to which those advertising firms hired by Axelrod on behalf of the Obama campaign subcontract out to other large corporate PR firms?

A BROADER ASTROTURFING CAMPAIGN?

We believe that the case has been made that the Palin smear video was produced by the Publicis Groupe’s Winner & Associates. We believe the evidence to this effect is compelling.

We also believe that the evidence shows that W&A tried to spread the lies about Palin in such a way as to catch the attention of the left-wing netroot supporters of Barack Obama. We think it is unlikely that one of the largest PR firms in the world would do this for free. That they would pay for video production out of their own pockets, hire a well known voice actress, or that its employees would work together in their free time to help the video go viral.

So, if we’re right, who paid them? As of this writing we cannot answer that question. Our initial reaction was that this campaign had all the hallmarks of the Soros funded Moveon.org, but given David Axelrod’s known predilection to these type of stealth campaigns it would not surprise us in the least if the Obama campaign itself was orchestrating it.

That this is what Obama meant by “taking the gloves off”. Especially given the timing of the video’s release —during the brief period when Obama trailed McCain in the polls, and when most of McCain’s sudden surge was attributed to the popularity of Sarah Palin.

And if the company has been hired to stealthily spread these Palin smears, what other smears might they be paid to spread? Ones in which they more successfully covered their tracks?

The Palinsmear video analyzed here fits in nicely with the post-Palin pick narrative being offered by the Obama campaign. That narrative is that John McCain may not fill out his term in office. The narrative is bolstered by questions about McCain’s age, the present status of the skin cancer he once had, and by demands that his medical records be released.

The second ingredient in the narrative paints Sarah Palin — who would take McCain’s vacated Presidential office — as not ready for the job.Obama’s campaign has called her experience & intelligence into question, but there is also a “grassroots” viral campaign of deception that claims Palin is on the political fringe and is a religious lunatic.

Just in the past week, since we first began following the astroturfing of Sarah Palin, rumors have circulated that Palin was a member of the John Birch Society and that she hates rape victims. Bored with the spreading the lie that Palin thinks the Earth is 6,000 years old and that she banned books, this week the netroots are claiming that she supports witch hunts. Not metaphorical witch hunts, actual witch hunts.

Sometimes rumors and lies get spread organically with no need from direction. But sometimes what may seem to be an organic bottom up grassroots movement, may actually be led from the top and may be professionally organized.

We believe at least one such campaign to discredit Sarah Palin is currently underway. It seems highly likely that others are as well. We’ve done the initial work, but now it’s time for the professionals to take over and ask the tough questions.

UPDATE: Within an hour of this post going up, YouTube videos implicating Ethan Winner were yanked, sockpuppet accounts deleted, and more importantly, the Wikipedia entry on David Axelrod began to edit out mentions of his well know astroturfing campaigns. Hmmm, it sounds to me like we’re on to something.

We have backups of all the deleted websites, and have now included them in the post.

Nailed! Ethan Winner confesses he was behind video!

So gang, we better get busy contacting the Media to investigate this..probably won’t but we must try. Greta on Fox might be a good bet. No pain, no gain..let’s try them all. Contact and complain..The squeaky wheel gets the grease. Or so I have been told. Dr. Rusty Shackleford has done the tough work of investigation. Can we do no less?

America for Sale and the New Pyramid Builders

I don’t know about you, but I find this outrageous! Step by step, they have a plan. Do we? What is our Government thinking? What is going on RIGHT UNDER OUR NOSE? I suppose as I have said , that Globilization is more important to the ‘elite’ than our own country’s economic welfare.or our very freedom and liberty.. Do you suppose when their plan is complete that we will be sent to camps to reeducate our thinking? Or maybe even lose our heads if we do not comply with their beliefs? Laugh if you want..these people are dead serious and they are not going away. They let the little people do their killing. Their money is buying our country. We are slowly bleeding to death! While they intend to destroy us, our thinking is vague…our once great Universities cater and strut to appease, to teach their studies..while your own faith is considered to be of no value..outdated..I suppose they prefer Sharia Law to The laws of God. But of course, there is no discrimination here…of course not…we of the judeo Christian faith do not kill you if you don’t convert .Radical Fundamentalist Islam is PC. ..we are blind , deaf and mute. It is easy now to take over step by step..Money is Power….Power seems to corrupt..and we are scaredy cats.. we cannot be bothered to find out the real issues at stake.. We like our comfort zone.. A mile-high tower will rise in a desert port town, and Americans will be helping to finance its £5 billion construction cost. It will rise in the town Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, halfway up the length of the Red Sea.

At 5,250 feet, it will be twice the height of another tower being erected in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, on the Persian Gulf. A few miles north up the Sea from Jeddah is Rabigh, where about 40,000 workers are constructing the world’s largest petrochemical plant as part of King Abdullah Economic City, itself part of a $500 billion plan to turn Saudi Arabia into a “powerhouse” industrial giant. Other massive construction projects are underway in Kuwait and other Persian Gulf countries.

“By the end of the year,” reported The New York Times in an article, “The Construction Site Called Saudi Arabia,” on January 20,

“this massive city of steel at the edge of the Red Sea will take its place as a cog of globalization: plastics produced here will be used to make televisions in Japan, cellphones in China and thousands of other products to be sold in the United States and Europe. Construction costs at the plant, which spreads over eight square miles, have doubled to $10 billion because of shortages in materials and labor. The amount of steel being used is 10 times the weight of the Eiffel Tower.”

The Times article also reports that,

“Abu Dhabi is planning to spend close to $1 billion for a new museum with the help of the Louvre, in Paris. Dubai’s latest grandiose idea is to build a small-scale replica of the French city of Lyon, complete with residential housing, a museum, a culinary school and a soccer club.”

Americans will be helping to finance these and other massive projects in Saudi Arabia and in the Persian Gulf fiefdoms through their gas and heating oil prices. One important thing to remember about these projects is that they are not strictly “private” undertakings; every one of them is a government project. Strictly speaking, neither Saudi Arabia nor any of the other medieval kingdoms or satrapies in the Mideast has a “government,” representative or otherwise.

Their legislative bodies are purely artificial fictions beholden to ruling families. The only persons who have billions to invest in these new pyramids are those related or closely connected to those ruling families. Michael Corleone’s Mafia crime family pales in comparison to these Middle East oil oligarchies, which have their own tribal codes of loyalty, justice and silence, a morality that boasts its own “whacking” policy against Muslims who “rat” on Mohammed or take Allah’s name in vain, or who abandon the tribe completely, and an inbred contempt for and mistrust of all non-Muslim outsiders.

  

A similar arrangement exists in Mainland China, in which most of the cadres of the ruling Communist Party own and control the “private enterprises” behind China’s own economic boom. That arrangement is by definition fascist, and accounts for the censorship, brutal repression, and absence of any civil liberties there. In Saudi Arabia and its Islamic neighbors, the arrangement is much more primitive, and intractably religious.

Such as Prince al-Walid bin Talal, planner of the mile-high tower, who bought the prestigious Savoy Hotel in London for £1.25 billion in 2005, reports the London Daily Mail of March 31. Bin Talal is the Saudi who offered former Mayor Rudy Giuliani a $10 million check after the World Trade Center was destroyed by fellow Saudis in 2001. Giuliani promptly returned the check. Bin Talal also is an enabler of Islam in the West, building dozens of mosques in it every year and giving $20 million to Harvard and Georgetown Universities to establish schools of “Islamic studies.”

One can imagine bin Talal’s mile-high tower is his extravagant way of giving a Bronx cheer to the U.S., the World Trade Center, and all those who died in the attack.

 

 Two British firms, Hyder Consulting and Arup, will tackle the tower project in a joint venture with bin Talal’s firm, Kingdom Holdings. One supposes that is a kind of reward to the British for wanting to de-emphasize the Holocaust and the Crusades, or not teach the subjects at all, in history lessons in the presence of British Muslim students, for allowing Islamic Sharia law to creep up to equivalence with British secular law, and for many other concessions to Muslim “sensibilities.”

Saudi Arabia is the world’s biggest oil exporter. “The Persian Gulf countries reaped “$1.5 trillion in oil revenue from 2002 to 2006,” reports the Times article. Saudi Arabia and its religious/political rival, Iran, another oil exporter, together are the chief enablers of Islamic jihad against the West.

 

 

But vertical pyramids and other vanity projects are not the sole means employed by billionaire Arabs to engineer a hostile takeover of the West. The Times article reports that.

 “Last year…a fund controlled by the government of Abu Dhabi bought a stake in Citigroup for $7.5 billion, while another run by Dubai’s ruler bought a large share in Sony, the Japanese consumer electronics giant. Sabie, a major Saudi petrochemical company, bought the plastics division of General Electric for $11.6 billion, and the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation bought half of Dow Chemical’s commodity-plastics unit for $9.5 billion….In recent weeks, other big banks plagued by losses from the mortgage crisis, like Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley, have raised tens of billions of dollars from a variety of Middle Eastern and Asian funds, including ones from Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.”

 The American Congress for Truth reports an April 1st Human Events article, in “America for Sale to Sharia Sovereign Wealth Funds,” that

“In December 2007, Bourse Dubai, the world’s first and largest Islamic equity exchange, bought 20% of NASDAQ, the biggest U.S. electronic stock market, and ‘rebranded’ it as part of Dubai’s company. The Bourse also got NASDAQ’s 28% of the London Stock Exchange (LSE). In addition, Qatar acquired a 24% LSE stake, giving the two Gulf nations control over nearly 52% of the London exchange. On March 15 [2008], Iran, which now dominates the leading 100 Islamic banks – followed by Saudi Arabia, Malaysia and the UAE – announced plans to list a $90 billion energy holding company on the Dubai International Financial Exchange, which is wholly owned by Bourse Dubai.”

 

 This article, incidentally, was co-authored by Rachel Ehrenfeld, an American, who was sued in a British court by Saudi billionaire Khalid Salim bin Mahfouz for writing a book, Funding Evil: How Terrorism is Financed and How to Stop It, which, among other things, revealed Mahfouz’s role in promoting the Islamic conquest of Britain and Europe. The British court ordered her to pay “$225,000 in damages and legal fees to Mahfouz, as well as apologize and destroy existing copies of her books,” according to ACT for America on April 1st. Mahfouz is a professional libel “tourist,” or terrorist who prefers to extinguish his victims with costly litigation instead of with planes or bombs on vests or in backpacks.

Mahfouz, however, has already made significant inroads by practicing censorship by lawsuit. The most notorious instance to date was his 2007 suit against Cambridge University Press for publishing Alms for Jihad, by J. Millard Burr and Robert O. Collins, also Americans, who detailed how Islamic charities are simply money laundering fronts for terrorists. CUP, as a defendant under British libel law, had to refute the accusations and also limit itself in terms of what evidence it could employ in its defense. Rather than face a sea of Saudi petro-pounds in court costs and legal expenses, which it would probably have been ordered to reimburse Mahfouz, CUP caved in to him, withdrew the book from sale and circulation, agreed to shred all existing copies of it, asked libraries to return their copies to be destroyed, and apologized to Mahfouz.

That whole shameful episode of censorship by lawsuit by Islamic billionaires is reminiscent of the John Wilkes affair of 1763, when Wilkes, a member of the House of Commons, said that the king indeed could do wrong, and was promptly charged with libel by the government and expelled from Parliament. He fought back, however, eventually won over his enemies, and his name became synonymous with freedom of the press.

But, to return to the pyramids and the financial subornation of Western capitalism, what must be understood is that these chunks of ownership cannot be likened to investments by the Al Capone crime syndicate, nor even to a Michael Corleone-style ruse of investing a gang’s takings in “legitimate” business (see “The Godfather, Part II,” for that tactic), although the root causes are similar. These are aggressive moves by a united political/religious bloc, Islam, to influence the course of Western civilization by acquiring financial leverage over banks, lending institutions, major corporations and investors, and finally over Western political institutions, solely and ultimately to advance the Islamization of the West.

And, as statist regulations and controls foster the growth of organized crime at home and abroad (resulting in such programs the U.S.-directed “war” against the drug cartel in Colombia and tribal poppy-growing enterprises in Afghanistan), irrational foreign policies have fostered the growth of regimes and tyrannies fundamentally hostile to the West. Western policies permitted Saudi Arabia and other OPEC members to seize private oil producing property, and, in conjunction with that inaction, the West at home established prohibitive controls on the development of oil producing resources as part of environmental and “conservation” policies. This has resulted in the West’s perilous dependency on the production whims of OPEC and the transfer of enormous wealth to those regimes and tyrannies.

 

As Nikita Khrushchev once promised that the Soviet Union would ‘bury” the U.S. as an industrial power, Saudi Arabia and its Persian Gulf neighbors are promising to bury the U.S. as a global competitor. Instead of demanding that it acknowledge the “superiority” of communism, they will require that the U.S. become a deferential handmaiden of Islam, if not an Islamic province itself.

Of course, all those billion dollar projects are undertaken on the premise that the U.S. and the West will not commit economic suicide by “going green” or by becoming fascist, that they will remain viable, productive realms. If the U.S experiences an economic collapse, the Treasury notes, mutual funds and other government instruments held by Mideast financiers will be as worthless as the ones owned by private American investors and speculators.

 Ancient Egyptian kings and pharaohs built over ninety pyramids to house them at death. The new pyramid builders seek to bury the corpse of the West in their own. No one should doubt that Islam – including its kings, emirs, princes, mullahs, imams, its billionaires, its countless mind-stunted manqués, and its homicidal killers – wishes to eviscerate the West, and especially the U.S.

The U.S. and the West should act now to ensure that those mile-high towers, high- rises, and plants remain empty monuments to larcenous vanity, by rediscovering the necessary virtues of self-preservation and self-interest.

SAUDIS BUYING INTO OUR FUTURE GENERATIONS

Friends, understand they are serious..Are we? Are we going to be the generation that allows our Country..all that our forefathers fought for to be whittled away step by step..through our apathy? This is not a time to ‘let others take care of it’. We are on a runaway train..where it stops is ultimately up to us. What kind of America will our children inherit?

I have been reading ‘An Inconvenient Book’ by Glenn Beck, thought I would share some juicy tidbits from his chapter on Global warming. Yes, I know some of you are turned off right there. But wait…you do want to know a few facts right? Like some infamous quotes, said goal of environmental movement, Before we espouse something, we really need to know some of the truths behind certain movements as well as some motives, would you not agree?

Last month, it was reported in the paper that the Earth, one third of all animal and plant species is going to be dead. That’s right and we are running out of time. Via Al Gore and the IPCC report. This is just an update of the report they’ve issued over and over that, this it it, final warning: running out of time.

The London Times, says that the only solution is taxes$. Wow! Global taxes$. Just what the world needs, if you ask me, Let’s all pay more, heck, let’s just pay extra when we flush the loo.(love that word) Pay extra when you drive your car. You are polluting, ya know! Go green for the Holidays! That’s another post…sorry cyber buddies.

Stephen Schneider was the lead UN IPCC report author. In 2007 he is still playing a major role. This is also one of the guys who authored one of the original reports that started the global cooling scare of the Seventies, still one of the lead guys.

Gee, I didn’t know that working hard and trying to improve ones circumstances was exploiting and raping and as far as babies go, well, let’s just say it has been a long time. I do turn on the lights however, I like candles in certain situations of which we shall not go into here. Me, I’m just an average middle class over the hill, with a fat arse trying to help make my family’s life better.

 Wow, so much for democracy and forget about the pursuit of happiness. Now I know, my car won’t bring me happiness, but I submit to you, driving a car to the nearest town is a whole lot better than a bicycle when you are as I have already shared with you. Remember, over the hill, fat arse, yada yada. The point is, do these people really care about people having a better life or a free life? What is the motive behind the lies, we know they don’t care, betcha they got ca$h cars and jets too and I bet they flush more than once a day and turn on the lights too!

Listen, I have no problem with recycling, turning off lights to save on utilities, nor do I have a problem with saving gas mileage, less pollution in whatever way albeit a hybrid or whatever.

 I do have a problem with shady hypocritical motives and manipulation as I know you do. I do have a problem with too much Big Brother. I do have a problem with our Country being trashed. I do have a problem with having an opinion if I have not studied and researched to the best of my ability what is really going on with the issues I care about. Sometimes it is just too easy to go with the flow. To believe the hype. Just because I read it or heard it through the Media, does not mean it is always true. Usually a lie or exageration comes dressed with a little bit of  truth, just enough to get by unless exposed. That’s how they get us. This is the goal of the environmental movement, to stop America, to stop development, to stop the Third World, to redistribute the wealth, to take your money and give it to an organization that can better decide how it should be distributed. It is the global movement for Justice and Equality. Now, that’s not what our neighbor thinks. In fact, we are being sold on it continuously through T.V. and yes companies that want to profit from our Go Green mentality. But the above is true and at some point Americans have got to unite and stand with the truth. There is no dismissing our future.

Republicans are starting down this road because so many Americans have been co-opted into this lie that they are going to have no spine and they are going to go along with it. This is a plot from the far far left, and we all have no idea what is going on. Remember John Edwards when he said” This is going to cause great pain, higher energy prices, higher gas prices, higher food prices, we’re going to pay higher taxes but we’ve got to do it and there may be more on the horizon that we don’t even know but we’ve got to do it.’

Hey, the world is getting warmer. The Earth has always gotten warmer and then it has gotten warmer and then it has gotten colder. For instance, “Time” magazine wrote in 1924 (no I was not around then) about global warming..I’m sorry, global cooling. And then in ’39 it was global warming. And then in ’74 it was global cooling and then it’s warming again.  The ‘New York Times” did the same thing, 1924, stories all about global cooling. ’35, global warming, ’75. global cooling. Today it’s warming again. It happens over and over and over again, but they have so captured the imagination and the fear of people that we’re all going to be wiped off the face of the planet and it is a lie! It is a lie! Read the phrases from the environmentalists that should open our minds and open our eyes and arm us with ability to save the open-minded people that are left, the ones that have been duped, the ones who don’t know. They are all good intentioned but have been hoodwinked.

Yes America has problems, Does it need to improve? Yes, but this is my country and I believe it is the greatest country on earth. Am I prejudiced? Sure, just like I’m prejudiced about my kid and my grandsons, they are the best looking cutest smartest kids to grace this world. Seriously, this post would take up far too much room to discuss today all the good, yes good that the American people have done and are doing to better the world. I may do that sometime. I think we would all be surprised. Why, because we are trashed so much by our own Media that has the right to do that because of American sacrifices.

Our forefathers would be turning over in their grave if they could know how we have yes, even changed history to be politically correct. Heck, in some cases, it is not even taught! We are so careful not to offend that it has ‘honest to God’ become a landmine. Have we lost our ability to be entrusted with so great a gift as our Ancestors fought for?

 We have no concept of what is right around the corner, and what is right around the corner is the loss of sovereignty.  Gang, the Sea Treaty that has been proposed once again is about giving up our sovereignty on the sea. It is about our Navy answering to the Great Whoever! Combine loss of that with The Big Environment push, not to mention unsecured borders that any terroist can cross.  It is about the destruction of the United States of America.

 

Actually I am an Independent Conservative Liberal! I am fiscally conservative (concerned about a Big Brother Big government mentality) with compassion that can make up my own mind based on the issues that are important to me. That is not a politically correct stance. Until somebody steps up and takes the bull by the horn, I just feel they all have a way to go to get my vote.
